Big Bumper Company LLC warrants to the original purchaser and only when the products are used for intended purposes. All Big Bumper Company products are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the original purchase date. All warranties are limited to one year from the original purchase date. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Big Bumper Company shall not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages. Big Bumper Company will inspect all warranty claims and repair or replace the defective part or the entire item, at its option, in the event of a defect. Customers must obtain return authorization by calling or emailing the Big Bumper Company before returning. Big Bumper Company will provide a prepaid return postage label that will be deducted from any money owed to the customer. This warranty does not cover failure caused by overinflation, improper storage, or other uses not considered reasonable and consistent with the product's intended purpose. Fading from exposure to sunlight is also not covered by this warranty.
